Video Showcases
From full listing video tours (1 to 3 minutes) that walk through the property room by room. These are useful for MLS listings, Agent websites, Youtube,email campaigns, or embedding video. Full video’s allow buyer to have a serious look before scheduling a showing.
A well paced video shows the layout, scale and flow, a well as details of a property, that still photo’s can’t capture. For out of town buyers or busy decisions makers the full video answers questions and sets expectations before the first showing.
Vertical Social Media walk-through videos (Reels), are 15-60 second videos that highlight a properties best feartures.
Area showcases, is a short video that highlights the community surrounding the property.
